Susan Fielder & Associates, Inc. started in September of 1997 with excitement beyond imagination. Susan Fielder had been in the promotional products industry for 17 years and with the top premium companies in the west when she decided it was time to take that leap of faith and start her own business. 2007 will be her 10th year in business as well as her 27th year in the industry. The industry recognizes her as one of the most creative individuals in the business. Her first year was a record breaking number and she received the award for Women of the Year in Marketing from the San Diego Business Journal with the second year almost reaching 3 million in sales. Her vast knowledge in conceptual programs utilizing dimensionals and collateral pieces along with the internet as a platform has changed the entire promotional products business as well as her own. The internet made it easy and very competitive to keep buyers loyal. Price has become a major decision maker. So Susan decided to start a new direction three years ago to promote promotional programs .
Approaching her 10th Anniversary marks a turning point for Susan with her ideas parading the globe because of her membership of the Women Presidents' Organization (WPO). This organization has taken her to new levels and provided new relationships that have challenged her even more which she has welcomed with open arms. The learning curve of 27 years has provided many experiences and wonderful relationships in San Diego and all over the country.
